What do I need to provide?
- Architectural floor plans, elevations and sections;
- Construction specification;
- Mechanical and Electrical specification; and
- Site layout and location plan.
How much will it cost?
- Single Building: Fixed fee - £250 plus VAT.
- Multiple Buildings: Fixed fee - £165 plus VAT per building.
- Large Buildings: £POA.

Payment upon completion, by BACS, cheque or card.
What is included?
- All the relevant SBEM documentation required for compliance with Part L2A of the Building Regulations ('design-stage' and 'as-built' submissions);
- Additional necessary recommendations and calculations to ensure a pass is achieved every time;
- U-value calculations for submission to Building Control if required; and
- Comprehensive advice and support throughout the whole process.
